The key is not to prioritize what's on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities. —Stephen Covey

This planner template uses a single database to manage both events and tasks. The key difference between the two is how they’re completed: events are automatically marked complete once their scheduled time passes, while tasks need to be manually marked as finished. What makes this planner special is its flexibility — tasks can be planned as events, and events can be turned back into tasks if they need to be rescheduled or adjusted.

This is your task list, where you’ll manage and complete your tasks. To help you stay organized, tasks finished in the past seven days are available in the Recently Finished view—perfect if you want to review or mark any as unfinished.

You can create tasks without a date, which will appear in the Undated Tasks view.

This is your main planner, offering multiple views to help you plan your day (showing events for the next 5 days), week, and month. For the best experience and to make full use of the Quick Drag feature, I recommend using it on a computer.

You can easily switch tasks to events and back by dragging them between the Quick Drag and Planner views. Just keep in mind that when you drag a task into the Planner, its date will update to the new one. If you drag it back to the task view, it will keep that updated date.
